After purchasing, you will be emailed with your pass number. Physical passes can be picked up at our store 484 Carlisle St, Southampton or given to the passholder on their first trip. To make a booking with the pass, please call or email the store with your pass number ready.

Purchaser agrees to all terms and conditions listed below: 

  • The Paddle Pass is valid for the 2026 season only and expires at the end of the season. Unused trips do not carry over to future seasons. The Paddle Pass provides access to Saugeen River Access Points 14, 13, and 12.

    • Valid usage periods are as follows:

        • May 1st to Thanksgiving: Daily, including weekends excluding holiday weekends: Holiday weekends are “black out” days and all reservations must be made as a standard booking:

          • May 16, 17, 18

          • June 28, 29

          • July 4, 5

          • August 1, 2,

          • Sept 5, 6, 7

  • This pass is intended for individual use only and cannot be applied to group bookings.

  • The Paddle Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Valid for standard canoe, kayak, or stand-up paddleboard (SUP) bookings. Standard equipment is included as follows:

    • Canoes and tandem kayaks: 2 paddles, 2 lifejackets, and 2 throw bags

    • Solo kayaks & SUPs: 1 paddle, 1 lifejacket, and 1 throw bag
      Additional equipment may be available for an additional fee.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. Reservations are only confirmed once processed by the store, in store or via telephone.

  • Shuttle departures from Denny’s Dam are scheduled at 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM.

  • Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled shuttle departure time. Late arrivals will result in forfeiture of the booking. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed departures.

  • All equipment must be returned by 5:30 PM. Late returns will be subject to an additional charge equivalent to the standard rental fee for the equipment used. The Paddle Pass cannot be applied toward or used to offset late return fees.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations or changes made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled booking will incur no charge.

    • Cancellations or changes made within 47 hours of the scheduled booking will result in the expenditure of the Paddle Pass
