After purchasing, you will be emailed with your pass number. Physical passes can be picked up at our store 484 Carlisle St, Southampton or given to the passholder on their first trip. To make a booking with the pass, please call or email the store with your pass number ready.

Shuttle Pass – Terms and Conditions

  • The Shuttle Pass is valid for the 2026 season only and expires at the end of the season. Unused tokens do not carry over to future seasons. The Shuttle Pass provides service from Saugeen River Access Points #15 to #3.

  • The Shuttle Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Valid usage periods are as follows:

    • May 1st to Thanksgiving: Daily, including weekends excluding holiday weekends: Holiday weekends are “black out” days and all reservations must be made as a standard booking:

      • May 16, 17, 18

      • June 28, 29

      • July 4, 5

      • August 1, 2,

      • Sept 5, 6, 7

     

  • This pass is intended for individual use only and cannot be applied to group bookings.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. Reservations are only confirmed once processed by the store: in person, via telephone, or email.

  • The pass holder and one additional person are permitted for shuttle with the boat. The shuttle pass can be used to transport the pass holder and one other person without a boat if desired.

  • Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled shuttle departure time. Late arrivals will result in forfeiture of the booking. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed departures.

  • Token Schedule:

    • 1 Token: Denny's Dam to Access 9

    • 2 Tokens: Access 8 to Access 5

    • 3 Tokens: Access 4 and 3

      • Token usage is based off the shuttle destination furthest from Thorncrest Outfitters Riverfront Store. 484 Carlisle St. Southampton 

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations or changes made 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled booking will incur no charge.

    • Cancellations or changes made within 47 hours of the scheduled booking will result in the expenditure of the shuttle pass tokens required for scheduled trip.
